Timing out Frustrated!

I pinged from cmd prompt to find glocksoft.com.
I got the IP I entered my username and password in correct fields.
ALL I get is Timed Out over and over...
Please help!:(

Do they even have an ftp server?

You can't connect to random website, they need to provide a proper ftp address.
