bug in 3711 and earlier: upload queue total time does not decrease

When i queue up a bunch of files for upload, it calculates the estimated total time left until the upload is done.
With some files uploaded already I noticed, that the total time never decreases. This worked fine in versions 1.x to 4.x. :cry:

I have confirmed the issue and will include a fix in the next release. The problem was caused by a change to the way the set file date/time operation is queued which cleared the file entry prematurely.

While conducting some additional testing I discovered that this issue is not fixed as I previously thought.

I am currently working on a fix.
