Directory trasfer error

Hello,

I have a file "php.ini" whose icon appears as a linked folder that does'nt trasfer from host to local.
When I try to transfer it I get it listed on the queue and marked with a red X.
It has all the permissions enabled.
I have also tried with another FTP client, but I get a critical error.

Files that show up in queue with a red X means it failed to transfer and the error associated with this would perhpas give a clew, this is a session log.
