I can see slashes on filenames.

If I understand correctly the filename displayed in the local browser is wrong, is this correct?
As it's showing the folder name \ filename...
Do you know if this was a problem in any prior v5 build?
Can you please attach a sample FlashFXP queue file that contains this type of failed transfer.
Queue the file to transfer and then right-click on the queue window and select Save As, enter a file name and save it, then attach it to your reply.

Thank you.

I've found that the charactor "ç›’" could cause the problem.
After I renamed the folder by deleting the charactor, it works.
Confirmed.
How to reproduce:
1. Goto any folder
2. Create a sub folder named "ç›’"
3. Inside the sub folder, create or paste some files with any name
4. Browse the sub folder and the OP's problem occurs.

Also @bigstar might miss the issue (https://oss.azurewebsites.net/forum/83558-post131.html) I reported earlier, which seems to be similar to this.
That issue, not only affect the remote file list, but also the local browser.
try "「.jpg" and "「a.jpg", the looks different!
Might be mis-detecting the "." and "\" charactor in a unicode string.

I am not able to reproduce this, would it be possible to create a queue file with these types of files and perhaps the folder above and see if maybe loading that into FlashFXP can trigger it for me.
Also its possible that these characters as you see them on the forum aren't 100% identical to what I see, perhaps they get converted by the website or browser.

Thank you very much for not only the queue file but the test files as well, this makes it as simple as pie to test.
Sadly this issue does not appear on my English version of Windows 7.
I tested a Chinese version of Windows 7 running on a VM and oddly enough I wasn't able to reproduce the problem on it.
I reviewed every function and procedure of code related to this and came up with a couple possibilities, I made some experimental changes taking everything I found into consideration.
Can you please try this update (its just the flashfxp.exe w/o the setup)
ffxp5.0.0.3658_alpha41501.zip
(https://oss.azurewebsites.net/testr/5/ffxp5.0.0.3658_alpha41501.zip)
These changes effect the way the filename and ext are extracted from the full pathname

This build works like a charm.
And I have also noticed that the "Local browser" label looks correct on build 3657. It was not on build 3650.
FYI I tested the issue on both Win8 and Win2012, both are native Simplified Chinese version. I'm not sure if there's any difference between Win7 and 8.
Thanks for the work!

Another issue is found.
Drag'n'droping a file from the file explorer will cause the same problem.
Draging from the local browser window works fine.
