Support imgur api

Once implemented in backend its can be as simple as adding a BB tag and call the album in any post.

Useful for images, for e.g. banners, buttons and a lot of screenshots etc.

See imgur api link (http://api.imgur.com/) sometime in the future, not immediately now now.
