Cannot Connect

I have a lient who has two other websites on FlashFTP - his main site is Stiltwalker.com and he has two add on domains, one bubbletower.com and the other giantpuppet.com - I transferred the nameservers in from GoDaddy two days ago for giantpuppet.com and no matter what I try I cannot connect. It looks like it is connected and then after a couple minutes I get connection failed. Both of this clients other sites are connected just fine. help pleasease.

yes, they can connect - I cannot
I am getting a 530 login authentication problem
I use HostGator by the way if that helps

According to that error message you are using wrong login information.
Have you worked with their support to make sure that you are connecting to the right server and using the right login information?
