Hi,
I am trying to figure out how to schedule a weekly site to site transfer.

I found these instructions:
https://oss.azurewebsites.net/forum/flashfxp/faq/14648-file-transfer-scheduling.html

but am still not clear on how to set this up.
1. for creating the transfer queue, why does it say 'change the server path' - what does that mean and how do I do it?
2. Can I transfer all the files in a directory (they are not in a folder, it's just the whole directory

My system details are below.

thanks!

* FlashFXP v4.2.5, build 1813, unregistered (trial)
* OS Windows 7
* Running behind hardware router/firewall Not sure - running from my home via a qwest modem/router
* Running software firewall Yes, windows
* Running Antivirus Yes,Avast free
* Internet Connection DSL

additional info if related

Open site 1 (I call it left now) and site 2 (I call it right) in flash.
Choose the correct passive transfer mode.
Say we want to transfer a dir from left to right. Select the dir on right where you want the dir left placed in.
Select the left dir you want to copy and add it to the queue..
Log off from left and right.
Choose Tools->Schedule and fill in your options and then click on enable
Simple enough I would say...
Basically anything you have in the transfer window (left bottom window) will enter in the queue..

Thank you.
I got both sides connected but the files I need to transfer are not in a directory that I can add to the queue. they are in the root directory.

new files are added each week and I only want to transfer the new files.

Is there a way to make a rule to only transfer new files? I see some custom file transfer rules. However I can't just make a rule to always ignore a certain file or folder name.

In this directory, our CRM provider uploads a data dump each week. Every week I want to download those two files to a local machine. Since the file names change every week, I can't just make a skip list to skip a specific folder.

Basically I want to set it up to sync the two directories. Is that possible with Flash FXP?
