We had a serious storm last night that knocked out power in my town, I wanted to let everyone know that there will be delays when contacting support.
The latest update from the power company is that it may take them a 2-3 days to restore power to everyone.
I will do my best to keep everyone updated.

UPDATE DAY #2 @ 1:30PM
We're still without power. All of the food in our fridge/freezer is now spoiled.
Latest update from the power company is that it might take them until Friday to restore our power.
We're all in good spirits and hope to have everything back up and running soon.
UPDATE DAY #3 @ 9:20AM
At around 1:47am this morning power was restored to our home.
I hope to have support and sales emails caught up today.
