I currently have hughesnet internet, so besides the "download zone" of 2am-7am, I have a 200mb daily cap. It's been quite some time since I've created a batch file, and can't really figure it out.
I am trying to download a single file (about 1.4gb) (protocol is sftp over ssh if it matters), to be started at 2am, and run no longer than 7am (if possible).
How do I do this?

You can't do this with a batch file, but you could do this using the scheduling system in FlashFXP.
Since you're not a registered user I would recommend using the basic scheduler, otherwise you wont be able to do complete automation unless you purchase FlashFXP (due to the shareware notice screen)
Queue the file that you want to transfer, right-click on the queue window, select "Schedule at" set the start and stop time and then click the "start" button.
This is a one time task, so you'll need to repeat the process daily unless you use the full scheduler which is located under the main menu > Tools > Schedule

I have a purschsed copy of FlashFXP, but seems simple enough from here, thanks!
Edit-
Needed to update my FlashFXP, but that is done and the scheduler is started. If I now disconnect, will the schedule reconnect on start or must I leave it connected in order for the scheduler to download the file?

FlashFXP will connect to start the transfers
