Sorry to bother you, but when I use flashFXP it connects to both servers but when I try to transfer a file, even a small text file it makes the file on the other server but doesn't transfer the data. It stalls at the command
"[R] STORE xxx.html"
perhaps FlashFXP isnt enabled on one of the servers?

read https://oss.azurewebsites.net/forum/showthread.php?t=4275
what you posted is absolutely not enough to troubleshoot this. it doesn't show any errors or anything else.

Computer stats:
FlashFXP 3.60 (trial from web), WinXP
Server stats:
WHM 11 / cPanel 11; choice between ProFTPD and Pure-FTPD (same problem on both)
Error:
I can connect to both servers using FlashFXP, but when I try to transfer something I get the following error:

It has something to do with the PORT on the server not allowing site-site transfers

yes, based on the error messages, both servers are configured to explicitly disallow FXP(site to site) transfers.
either you or yours webhost would need to make changes to either ftp server to allow such transfers.
