View Full Version : Progress on restoration of lost license data?

Heya,

it's been roundabout 2 months now since the loss of license data happened.

Once the notice was up, I did both, send a normal eMail and used to contact form to supply the needed information to get my key reassigned.

To date I have not gotten any notification about receival, nor a new / reassigned key.

So I was wondering what your progress is on the issue?

Are you finished? Was I forgotten?

Would be nice if you could give me some information regarding that topic.

Hello,

A new license key has been issued to everyone contacting me via customer support (https://oss.azurewebsites.net/pages/en.contact.php).

Either you didn't get my reply, or I didn't get your message. Make sure you check your junk or bulk email folders.

The only way to get a new key is by contacting me.

Typically new keys are issued within an hour or less during business hours.

I did not get any message from you, I checked my junk and bulk folders.

I submited a new request via the contact form.
