Changing location of FXP data files

How I can changing location of FXP data files, from C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\FlashFXP\3\ to some other location?

The safest and recommended way to change the data folder is to re-run the installer.

While it can be done via the registry, its not really as simple as changing a single value.
