HI im a newbie on this Flashfxp software and i would like to know if this software will do following feature

1. Instead i create a new site one by one i can just do it in text file or some kind of format or excell then i upload it (also i can define which directory this site fill under)

2. on my flashfxp i have a lot of sites on different directory and i would like to export it so i can see it all at once , maybe in csv format or any other format

however when i import or export , need to make sure the "notes" is being import or export too

please someone help me on this

in site manager right click on a site list and you'll see import/export.
also read flashfxp's help file.

it prompts to replace existing sites. But you can always import to any folder, so that your not importing over an existing similar list.

so i can do it in excell sheet and save as csv then import it

you can do csv format that is used by ftp voyager.
or you can create a simple list of ftp://username:password@host:port/folder/

We don't exactly support CSV but we do support two text formats.

The first format only supports ftp://<user>:<pass>@<host>:<port>/<path> such as the example mxxcon gave you ftp://username:password@host:port/folder/

The second format is defined at https://oss.azurewebsites.net/forum/showthread.php?t=1602
