What does " Number of Activations" mean?

Each time you enter your license key into FlashFXP it will validate the key and then activate the license, which in turn increases the activation count by 1.

the activaion counts will increase each time when i activate the ffxp, even if i activate ffxp on my own laptop, and due to os reinstall? do the activation counts have any related to hardware id?

How many do you get?

Once the activation limit has been reached you can reset it an unlimited amount times. There is no fixed limit.
