startup, connection to SSL servers and default built-in commands work for sure because I've tried it
I'm only not sure about sitebot TCL but I have no time for test it

I started it together with alcobot indeed

I follow compilation instructions from HERE (http://windrop.sourceforge.net/compile16ssl.html)
Just now I've noticed that there is a patch for Tcl 8.5.2 HERE (http://windrop.sourceforge.net/patches/)
I'll compile a new version soon with this patch..

I use ioninja also but the pretime plugin doesnt work becuase of mysql package cant be found even after installing mysql. (its because cygwin) Can you try to make a windrop with this inlcuded:

sorry but in my opinion this mysqltcl can not be compiled directly in eggdrop.. I think it is external code that you can load with external library or tcl
