I have some problems with FlashFXP 3.6

When ever I try to upload a file thats already on the server and the Replace file dialog pops up, it's just wierd text on all the buttons =(

Same when I try to make a new folder on the server, and here nothing happens when I click the OK button. I have to do something after before the folder is created and it's created with the command I used after I tried to make the folder

Example:

[R] 257 "hmmMKD hmmPASV" : The directory was successfully created

Im running Windows Vista Ultimate 32Bit English

I've tried reinstalling FlashFXP 10 or so times to no prevail

Anybody know of a solution to these problems?

This may be a corrupted language file, where did you download FlashFXP? If not from the links on our site please try downloading another copy. Also try deleting the file English.elg from your C:\Program Files\FlashFXP\Language folder. It does not need to be present.

After you do this, check that you are set to use "English" under the menu option Options/Language.

I downloaded it from your site

There's no Language folder in my FlashFXP folder

I can't seem to find the Language Options. According to the help file it should be at the bottom of the Options dropdown, but, it's not

I downloaded the English language from the site and placed it inside a folder with the name of language

Now the Language options menu is there under Options

But, sadly, it didn't correct my problem :(

This is caused by another program conflicting with FlashFXP, specifically corrupting the internal memory of FlashFXP and causes all sorts of oddball problems.

I can't think of the specific name of the program off hand but there are some posts on the forum regarding the problem.

As soon as I can find more info I'll reply.
