Upgraded today to v3.6 and it says that my 30 days trail expired

After upgraded to V3.6 today and click the FTP, it says that my 30 days trail expired. I copied the code number with my purchased order to it and it says permission denied. Any advice from the forum?

out of context my best guess is that the permission denied was caused by FlashFXP unable to save the registration key to the data file. This can occur with some bad configurations.

The best way to solve these type of problems is to contact customer support directly, using the forums is just going to slow things down.
