Resume Upload Problem

Sometimes when i resume an upload Flashfxp begins uploading from an earlier point and not where i left off. For example, if i have uploaded 500mb and i close Flashfxp when i resume uploading the file Flashfxp will begin uploading at 200mb instead of 500mb so i have to reupload another 300mb just to get back to where i was when i closed the application. This problem does not happen all of the time however but it does happens somtimes when i close the program or my internet connection gets broken, and can be frustrating. Anyone know why this is happening or what i can do to fix it. :confused::confused:

Which version/build of FlashFXP are you using?

Next time this happens can you please post a copy of the ftp session log.

FlashFXP should never resume the file at any position less than the current file size, otherwise it would corrupt the file. This should never happen. My best guess is that you may have uploaded 500mb but for whatever reason the ftp server truncated your upload to 200mb and that is why flashfxp is resuming at 200mb and not 500mb.

Ok here is a copy of my session log. I tried to upload a 6gb DVD ISO file but after i had upload only 20mb i lost my connection and when it resumed it started from the beginning. Anyone know what i am doing wrong

what version and build of flashfxp?
do you have this problem with one specific site or all of them?

I have the latest version but this problem has happened with previous versions as well. I have only tried uploading to one sever so far which is my seedbox.
