Anyone miss the feature where dragging to the queue pane would queue the file instead of transfer it immediately? Even if dragging from Explorer was set to transfer immediately, you used to be able to force an enqueue by dragging a file to the queue pane.
Was this removed on purpose, or is this a bug? Maybe everyone else hated that behaviour?
I miss it :)

Open the Preferences Dialog and navigate to General > Actions
You'll be able to configure the drag/drop actions separately from each other.
There was an issue where the "Drag/Drop from Explorer" setting was using the value of another setting, It would appear that since we fixed this issue your back at the default value.

Nonono. In FlashFXP 2.something (the really old version I had going back to Noah's day) dragging to the remote pane and dragging to the queue pane behaved differently. Dragging from Explorer or the local pane, to the queue pane, would always enqueue regardless of the settings.
For the local pane, this is irrelevant as there's a Queue toolbar button and a context menu command. For Explorer however, you can't differentiate. Being able to upload now (drag to remote pane) and queue for later (drag to queue pane) was really useful.
I guess the behaviour changed so long ago that everyone's forgotten that it did this. It was never a setting that I was aware of, it was a stealth feature. But a great one.

Hmm I think I misunderstood your original post, Now its clear to me. You know you're right. Dragging to the queue should always queue regardless of the preference settings. I'll take a look into this and get back you.

Thank you very much for bringing this issue to my attention.
I have confirmed that the drag/drop to the queue window behavior is not correct in the latest RC releases.
A file dropped into the queue window it should only be queued and never transfer.
I will resolve this issue within the next release.
