From HTTP to FTP

Is it possible to download a file from say www.google.com to an FTP in FlashFXP? If so it would make my life so much easier.

Also how do you transfer files from one FTP to another? For some reason on of the FTPs I am doing it with always goes to Idle and disconnects after 5 minutes.

it is impossible to transfer stuff directly from http to ftp. they are totally different protocols.
you will have to download from http and then upload to ftp.
