schedule global speed limit changes

is there a way to have io schdule global speed limit changes?

Two solutions: Use an ioftpd addon script with a scheduler events to modify the b/w settings.

Consider tools like BWMeter, netlimiter, etc which you can configure independently to throttle the server.

havent seen any io scripts for it, if u have a link plz show. atm i use a script in mirc to do it, works well. but im just hoping to get it to work from io itself
