slow upload speed

hi, i just upgraded to a 20Mb and 20 Mb up/down connection. In flashfxp i am only getting 200kb up. What do i have to do to increase the upload speed?

do you have this problem with one specific ftp site or all of them?

Speed issues can come from bad settings in the firewall/router, so take a look on the settings for your firewall & router.

Just connected to my own server outside my network. I seem to get up to 600kb/sec on that server. I should still be getting more, no? Is it just the servers I am connecting to?
