Banned. How do I get back

I downloaded the wrong apps and got banned for being greedy. New to this. I know the app I need to download but can't because I got banned. How do I get back on?

are you saying you got banned from some ftp server becuase you downloaded too much?
if so, nobody here can help you. you must contact that server's administrator and talk to them about this.
