Flash icon in taskbar doesn't flash when transfer is complete

i've got the 'flash window on transfer complete' selected in options, however, the icon that's minimised to the tray or the window in the taskbar (if i'm not minimised) doesn't flash when transfers are complete.

I'm running vista ultimate and this issue crops up with version 3.4 and also the latest beta release candidate.

Can anyone suggest how i can get this fixed, as i find this to be a very useful feature.

I have confirmed that this is a compatibility issue with Windows Vista caused by two separate issues.

For some reason Windows Vista doesn't like 2 color icons for tray icons anymore. The blank icon was increased to 16 colors and the problem was resolved. The taskbar caption blinking that was caused by another issue and that too has been resolved.

These changes will appear in 3.6 RC2.
