Fxp problem

I have a problem, When I'm fxping, sometime the fxp stucks at the same file and at the same place...

[L] 200 OK, will use *****15 for upcoming transfer

[R] 200 PORT Command successful.
[R] STOR bob33.rar
[R] 150 Opening BINARY mode data connection for bob33.rar.

[L] 150 File status okay; about to open data connection from *****15.
[R] 426 Data connection closed, receive file bob33.rar aborted.
[L] ABOR
[R] ABOR
[R] 226 ABOR command successful.

Ex: The file stucks at 13Mb, I delete it, I fxp it again, it stucks at 13MB again ...
I have enought freespace on the server.

I got this problem with my friend's ftp and my server. Some files stuck at the same size.

And if I fxp the others files, It's super and it works.

Edit: If I overwhrite the file again and again and again and .... I finally FXP it perfectly ...

Since your session log doesn't contain timestamps we can't tell how long it took to transfer 13mb, if this problem seems to occur repeatedly at a specific time, say 5 minutes after the transfer started it could be a timeout issue, one way to solve this is to enable "send noops during transfer", although this option isn't compatible with all ftp servers.
