Missing License Key

I purchased FlashFXP tonight and received my printable receipt and was redirected to a page that said "Your license key is listed below" and also that I would receive an email with my license key. There was no license key listed below and I've received no email. When I log into my account it says that I have 0 FlashFXP licenses and tries to direct me to the purchase page. However, I have already paid for the software.

What is going on here??
