Connection Issues

I am having trouble connecting to my xbox via FlashFXP. Yesterday it was hooking up fine but today all of the sudden it no longer connects. Ive tried SmartFTP and that didn't work either. The message says that the connection was refused. I also tried pinging the Ip adress of the xbox (192.168.1.40) and that worked fine.

Id appreciate any help

if smartftp doesn't work either, it sounds like you have an issue with your xbox and not flashfxp...

Ive also had problems connecting to other systems like laptops. My internet works great, and my direct connection from my computer has no problems. Ethernet works with 360 I have, but doesn't work with FlashFXP.

FlashFXP usually says the connection timed out if I have nothing plugged in which takes longer than 1 second

Its been saying its been refused almost instantly the time I tell it to connect. I wonder, could it be my computer, because obviously it is not the modem, or my xbox, or the ethernet.
