[ioSFV] Unable to upload *.sfv

installed ioSFV 2.0
chmod everything 777

But script keeps saying :

I posted probably in wrong section but i really need some help can't find why it goes wrong :(

And what about *.diz files? if i read docu and settings it can't check those or am i wrong?

since weve established your really really blind or stupid, you prefer the first, dunno if thats the one id pick though ;) youve obviously misconfigured, again, woooo :P

Still not found the problem but ganna took a look there ;)
What i did found out is that 1 minor misconfiguration leads to strange behavior.
