FXP enable problem

Hi all, hope u can help me out with this little problem:

I know to enable fxp with -F and -f but it does not work when i change the flags, please someone help me out with this

It's the opposite of what you are thinking. All users can FXP by default and your REMOVE the ability via the 'F' or 'f' flag.
