Hey there,
How can I do this? When I try and do it, it just comes up with "command not understood".
Any ideas?
Thanks

As far as I know IIS doesn't support CHMOD

So theres no work around for it, what if I run another FTP server app? What would you recommend?

there are 100s if not 1000s of servers..many are designed for different purposes, like personal server, small business, corporate, scripting, etc etc etc
without knowing your needs it's hard to recommend something.

This is just for a basic website. Nothing fancy. Perhaps a few PHP scripts but nothing much more than that.
And of course I would like a free solution, would FileZilla work?
