need key upgraded

I purchased this in 2004 and since have upgraded to current version. I needed to register the product so I could upgrade to foundation license but the key is different than what the registration page needs. I read that there was a key upgrade page but I am unable to locate it. please advise

You should be able to go to the customer portal and log in. They have a link in case you've forgotten your password, but you'll need either your order ID or product serial number. Just follow the links I've been registered since the beginning of 2004 and have never needed to upgrade my key when I installed a new version.

TY for the fast reply, I have been to the customer portal and checked each sectiom of my portal and there is no place or link for upgrading the key that i can locate can you be more specific or a link even? I have all my purchase information. Really all i need is to upgrade to a foundation license who do I go about that?
