Delete Idiot!

I've successfully managed to delete everyrthing on my FXP displays (both windows). I had hoped to clean and refresh the display after uploading files to the wrong area etc. but now I can't get anything except for the 'Parent Directory' on the uploaded side. Help! :cry:

you have to contact server administrator and ask them to restore data from backups
