I think 5.8.8 is latest one but 5.8.5 is the latest fully working one.

so far i've only uploaded 5.8.5 to sourceforge. i can put the 5.8.8 build up too, but reports are that it didn't really work for people.

i'd like to make a release of 5.8.9, build from the source code on sourceforge. anyone have anything to report trying to build ioFTPD?
