As you can see from screenshot of dumeter my uploads are always stopping then restarting the upload, i notice the comment about "no new data for 900 seconds" but don't see any mention of 15 minutes or 900 seconds in options section, any idea why it's doing this?

try to enable 'send noops during transfer' and see if that'll help

hmm..that's strange. what if you disable PASV mode in site manager and reconnect?

Done that and still getting same result, could it be my ISP as i'm upping to there webspace?

do you have this problem with other ftp sites? and/or do you have same problem using anyother ftp client?

it looks like that server support SSL encryption. try to enable that to eliminate possibility that your isp is monitoring ftp sessions and mess with them.

To be honest that's the only place i up to as a rule but i'll up some stuff to a m8's private ftp later this week and see what happens, as for other software (cute etc) i don't have any other on here, just flash, I'll enable SSL and see what happens.
