need help please

im trying to download from an ftp site it connects but when i got to download i get the folling message

553 You have reached your maximum simultaneous downloads allowed.
Quite obvious isnt it? You have set the max downloads to a too low number... Just set it higher. It is in your user settings.

actually that's error message from the server, so you'll need to contact that server's administrator and ask them they you get that error.
