Emails to support(at)inicom.net and using the Contact Us form for "Support" did not correctly reach their destination from late Thursday night to this Tuesday morning. If you submitted a support request during this time or have submitted a request and not received an answer by the next business day please send a new message. The time period at issue is between 9/28 and 10/3. Messages to "Sales" and "Info" during this time arrived correctly.
