Pause after file

I have a problem with FlashFXP!
I'm trying to upload a lot of RAR-files to my friends FTP-server.
Speed is great, but when a RAR-file is uploaded, there is a pause!

This is a very big problem, because it took over 6 hours to upload
700MB!

Anyone have a solution?

Does your ftp server have sfv or some other type of file checking? The delay might be caused by the ftp server. A time stamped ftp session log might help verify the exact delay.

I don't know, how can I find out if my server has some type of file checking?
I think it's a Win-server.

I'll try to upload some new files later today, and then i will post the log!

Edit: Thanks man, I solved it! Just deleted .SFV-file! =)
