FlashFXP for Linux?

Is there an equivalent Gui Clinet very similiar or very close to the look and functionality of FlashFXP?

Is ther a way to export you site list from FLashFXP into another 3rd party FTP CLient or even directly import the sites.dat file into a Well KNown Working Gui Linux FTP Client?

I am hoping so?
