site exec problem

hello, i succeed to execute any exe & bat through site exec command EXCEPT apps i've done in Visual Basic 6. I don't know why. in flashfxp :
site exec myapp.exe
200 Command successful.
and it don't run the exe... :confused:

Is myapp.exe in the system dir? If not it wont find it, and will return that message.
