Problem, Please help

Hi, Lately I have been trying to upload files to the web and when I do, my FXP keeps saying permission denied. Here is what it looks like:

[R] 227 Entering Passive Mode (64,27,20,13,206,62).
[R] Opening data connection IP: 64.27.20.13 PORT: 52798
[R] STOR roster16hist.htm
[R] 550 roster16hist.htm: Permission denied
[R] Transfer Failed!
22 Files failed to transfer

I am connected, and this keeps happening with all sorts of other FTP programs as well. I dont know if my computer is blocking it or whatever, but all help would be greatly appreciated thanks.

if it's happening with all ftp clients, then most likely that server is misconfigured.
contact server admin and let them know this is happening.

Its not that though, because my friend I gave the file and he seemed to upload it fine. Its just me, and I dont think im doing anything wrong, it just keeps saying what I posted and Its happening with every FTP program.

for whatever reason server told you
[R] 550 roster16hist.htm: Permission denied
it is nothing related to configuration on your end. it is a server message. it didn't accept your file.
