copy paste the err. msg. here so we can try to figure it out together. also, ive noticed that sometimes warchive has a hard time wiping stuff on a corrupted drive.

did you try a clean setup of both io and warchive?
did you check your harddrive for bad blocks etc
you could try chkdsk /RX in a command prompt window ... this would 'fix' any bad sectors

it broken sometime(*not everytime)
i cannot affirm about someday warchive will working good or break
and i already cheacked my hdd then coudlnt found any problem
it seems not physical problem of hdd cause that working fine when
i deleted manually to wipe failed target of directory/file by warchive.
so i think this is warchive problem.

im not sure i understand this fully but if you do have something, anything, in your wipe debug log file could you please copy paste it here (WarChive.debug)
I know it can be a bit hard to find the cause but I need more to go on to be able to recreate the problem. Since you say it crashes sometimes and sometimes not, there must be some common thing between those times. Oddly named dirnames, paths that aren't correct, etc.
debuglog should always contain something when it runs.
