Random disconnecting and how to resume

I have two questions. First my FlashFXP randomly will disconnect with the person I was connected too but then reconnect, however the download will start over. So question 1 is how did i get it to stop disconnecting. Question 2 is how do I get the download to resume without restarting.

Sorry its version 3.3.5 build 1110

for one, build 1110 is no longer supported. upgrade to the lastest version
and second, that link asked for more than just ffxp version.
