sometimes i got this error with some delay when i type F5 or list-al

[R] 150 Opening ASCII mode data connection for directory listing.
[R] 426 Connection closed: Connection timed out.
[R] List Error

and
got this error also got some delay with client used "pasv"

[R] Opening data connection IP: xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx PORT: 15564
[R] Data Socket Error: Connection refused
[R] List Error

someone knows that is why?
its not limited flashfxp other client got same error with some deplay
so should i change wrong setting of ioftpd?
