I tried to make a date transmission from server to server - but this doesn't work... "Connection refused".
Any help? Or did I miss something in configuration?

Ok.
I connected to both servers and then I tried to transver folder "div" from server tin to server tin-2. The folder seems to be created - but files can't be transfered.

in site manager, enable alternative fxp and try again.

Well, I tried - but I got the same result.
The folders are made - but the files can't be transported.

now that you completly edited out ip from your 2nd log, it makes it extremely hard to be sure if you properly enabled alternative fxp...but from what i can see, you have not since in both cases you have
[R] PASV
[R] 227 Entering Passive Mode
[L] PORT
[L] 200 PORT command successful with properly configured alternative fxp, your [L] site would get PASV and your [R] site would get PORT

So could you please tell me exactly what I have to set in the configuration of every site when using "alternative fxp"?
I see two options in transfer menu - "alternative site to site method"
- Downloading (NOT PASV)
- Uploading (PASV)
How I have to set them for source and target server?
Thanks.
Update: I set all the options in this menu and tried again:

on your [R] site you should check 'downloading' box
on your [L] site you should check 'uploading' box

Thanks - but after the first file transfer is stopped - nothing goes - in queue all files to transfer are still there.

So there is no chance to get it to work?
