segmenting a file when transfered

I want to transfer (fxp) from one ftp site to another a 50mb file but when it reaches the other ftp site it must be segmented (cut) in to two files of 25mb each. Can this be done?

Nope, there is no way of doing that. The only solution would be that you download your 50mb file, split it yourself into 2 25mb files and upload it.
