problem with weekly credits

I have installed ioA and want to use the weekly credits function. But when I try to add a user or a group I get the following message

[R] 200--[Weekly]-----------------------------------------------------------------------
[R] 200- Group does not exist. Check groupname
[R] 200---------------------------------------------------------------------------[ioA]-

I have checket and that the group and user exists so thats not the problem.
Would be very happy if anyone could help me with this problem!
