cant get back leech slot!

i create account testman in TEST group of admin
and
admin:site change TEST groupslots 5 5

I believe this is the default behaviour of ioFTPD, to prevent gadmins to cycle leech slots between group members.

you can assign the group more leech spots with a sysop account. it just makes gadmin ask for more leech slots, which is good, that way gadmin don't screw around
