Eggdrop -nt

How do you start the bot in eggdrop.exe -nt

I have no clue :(

just goto cmd > eggdrop dir > then type eggdrop -nt

here i want working to background..
but if i excute eggdrop with no option do not working bnc with tcl
(if -nt bnc working is good, but i want close to cmd window)
any good idea?
