It's would be nice If FlashFXP could support Russian coding.

Perhaps MxxCon's Russian is a bit weak ;). You don't need to be a programmer to translate FlashFXP, there are tools for download to make the translation (allthough quite a bit work) real easy. Here you can find more information:
