Listing error

It takes a long time for users to switch to different folders. Some times it gives a List error. I have all the right ports on my firewall. I have no where else to turn but here. Please help.

open up a command prompt and netstat /a
See if something is using one or more of the data connection ports and if so change range to exclude the ones used.

The only thing using the ports is the ftp server.

I am also having the same exact problem....

dunno what is causing this.... and on same note get this error as welll....
